ESPA is under the Université d’Antananarivo. It delivers five types of degrees. These include the Engineer degree Master level which is five years after the Bacc. Also a professional Master’s degree is available which is two years after the License. You can also gain a specialized Master. This is one year after the Master’s degree. The École Supérieure de Technologie also offers a professional License which is three years after the Bacc. An academic License is possible too. This is three years after the Bacc for engineering students.

The École Supérieure de Technologie offers diverse specializations. These are grouped into four main areas. There is Industrial Process Engineering and Civil Engineering. Also there is Industrial Science and Technology Engineering and Earth Science Engineering.

In Industrial Process Engineering there is five specializations. These include Chemical and Industrial Process Engineering. There is also Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. Electrical Engineering is also available. You could also study Materials Science and Engineering. Also Rural Engineering is an option.

Civil Engineering offers four specializations. Students can focus on Hydraulics or Building and Public Works. They can also study Geographic Information and Land Management or Urban Planning architecture and civil engineering.

Industrial Science and Technology Engineering has four specializations. Telecommunications and Electronics are options. Also Engineering of Advanced Systems and Meteorology are available.

Earth Science Engineering includes Mining Engineering. Also Petroleum Engineering and Geological Engineering are options.

The École Supérieure de Technologie also emphasizes research. Three doctoral schools are linked to ESPA. These are the Doctoral School of Engineering Sciences and Techniques and Innovation STII. Also the Doctoral School of Processes and Industrial and Food Systems Engineering GPSIA. Finally there is the Doctoral School of Engineering and Geosciences INGE.
