Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship’s story began humbly. It started in a living room in 1989. Soon it moved to the second floor of the former Hass Bakery facility. This space was converted into Apostle Hausley’s construction office. In 1992 the church found its home in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
Apostle Ricci J. Hausley Sr. and Senior Pastor Theresa Hausley founded Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship. They exemplify a godly marriage. They have been married for 40 years. They have four children a son-in-law and three grandchildren.
Apostle Hausley also founded Eagle’s Nest International Family of Ministries. He raises up Apostolic Prophetic people. He encourages them to manifest their full Sonship. He has over 44 years of ministry experience. He also has degrees in Theology and Architecture. Pastor Theresa is called to lovingly shepherd God’s people. She developed ministry teams. These include Prophetic Activation and Prophetic Healing teams. She founded Eagle’s Nest Christian Academy.
Apostle Hausley and Pastor Theresa appeared on the “Praise the Lord” television broadcast. It aired on the Trinity Broadcasting Network T.B.N.. God uses them as “Spiritual Parents” to many. They serve local people and foreign nations.
Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship is an Apostolic Prophetic Church. It actively engages with the local community. The church contributes to the Philadelphia City Planning Commission. It also supports the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. The church participates in local development projects.
Today Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship has grown. It includes eighteen additional churches. These churches are in the USA East and West Africa and India. The church has several community programs. These include a Natural Health Education program. There is also a free food and clothing give-away program. They also offer a drug and alcohol support group.
Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship has a clear vision. It aims to raise up a local and worldwide Apostolic Prophetic church. Its mission is to mature spiritual Sons and Daughters. They should walk in their God-ordained purpose. The goal is to foster an intimate relationship with God. This happens through spiritual Sonship and Fathering.
The church believes in the Bible as the inspired Word of God. They believe in one God in three persons. They believe Jesus Christ died for the sins of mankind. The church also believes in the Holy Spirit’s ministry.
Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship offers various ministries and programs. These include children’s and youth ministries. They also offer counseling services a food pantry and recovery groups. The Samuel Elijah Prophetic College is also part of their ministry.
