Wall paintings and stained glass windows adorn the east wall. They depict the Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension. A chalice-shaped baptismal font exists. It is made of limestone. It dates back to 1597.

In the entrance hall of the Dorfkirche Seefeld are three memorial plaques. One commemorates the Franco-German War. Another remembers World War I. The last is for World War II. An iron cross stands in the cemetery. Individual tombstones also commemorate World War II.
