Fontanile Visconti is not just a name. It is an invitation to experience a new quality of life. The Corte delle Ninfee stands as a testament to this vision.

The Corte delle Ninfee completes the Fontanile Visconti project in Cusago. Cusago is a small town that is part of the Parco Agricolo Sud di Milano. It is surrounded by green areas and characteristic fountains. Fontanile Visconti is a newly designed residential complex. It was created to allow people to live in harmony with their space and the environment.

The entire Corte delle Ninfee project was inspired by the rural courts of Cusago and its territory. This ensured that it fit seamlessly into the surrounding environment. The shapes and sizes of the buildings, the choice of materials, and the plant engineering solutions were all carefully considered. Every decision was made to achieve maximum energy containment.

Eurodomus Costruzioni Co. from Milan commissioned the project. Eurowindoor Co. from Sedriano created and installed the windows and doors. They are also part of the project.

Every apartment in the Corte delle Ninfee has achieved energy certification in Class A+. This was accomplished by focusing on two main elements. First, limiting energy consumption for heating and cooling. This was achieved by improving the insulation and thermal inertia of the building envelope. Second, producing energy from renewable sources. These sources include solar thermal, photovoltaic, and geothermal energy. Geothermal energy is obtained through exchange with groundwater.

All windows and doors in the apartments and access stairwells are made of aluminum. They are white with thermal break from the AluK 67IW series. The windows feature low-emissivity insulating glass. The book-fold shutters are from the AluK SV30 series and are silk-gray in color.

The windows aren’t standard height. They include a small parapet. Some solutions feature two combined French doors. Together, they create a mirrored surface of over two meters. They are divided into four sections with a central mullion. This solution has been very well-received. About 200 windows were installed.

Michele Berutti and Marco Fassina are the architects behind the Corte delle Ninfee. Marco Fassina from StudioLinea Associati directed the works.

The Corte delle Ninfee is more than just a residential complex. It is a place where people can live in harmony with nature. It is a place where energy efficiency and environmental sustainability are priorities. It is a place where quality of life is paramount.
