Consolation Church of God, here in Lynwood, has served as a beacon of hope and restoration since 1956. Its simple yet elegant structure, reaching towards the sky, invites all to find solace within its walls. Consolation Church of God isn’t just a building. The church’s motto, taken from Philippians 2:1, speaks volumes: “If there be therefore any Consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies.” These words resonate within the very heart of this sanctuary. Sunday School starts the day, followed by prayer and the main morning service. But the spiritual support doesn’t end there. Throughout the week, Consolation Church of God offers noon day prayers online on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as an online Bible class on Thursdays.
