Cluttons, a name echoing through the corridors of property history, first ventured into the Middle East in the 1970s. This was a period of transformation, long before the Burj Khalifa pierced the sky or the Palm Jumeirah graced the coast. Cluttons witnessed Dubai’s evolution firsthand, from a burgeoning trading hub to a global metropolis. The firm established a strong presence in the region, navigating the evolving landscape of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, and Oman. Cluttons became a key player in this era of expansion. This marked the end of an era for Cluttons in the region. The Savills acquisition brought about a rebranding. The familiar Cluttons name disappeared from the Dubai landscape.
