Today the buildings stand proudly around Philip A Hart Plaza. It stretches along the Detroit River. The Renaissance Center marks one end. Riverfront Apartments the other. The plaza itself is the vibrant core. It’s the central point of a much larger riverfront area. This connects parks and extends to Belle Isle and the Ambassador Bridge.
