CITAM stands for Christ Is The Answer Ministries. CITAM Romania is part of a larger church. The church began in 1959 in Kenya. It was started as a branch of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.

The Annual Delegates Conference is the supreme governing body. The Deacon Board oversees legal and administrative matters. The Council of Elders safeguards the church’s vision and mission.
The Presiding Bishop supervises CITAM’s affairs. He oversees church assemblies. He also manages business units. Legal custody of CITAM’s property is entrusted to a Trust. Trustees are appointed by the Annual Delegates Conference.
