Seventeen souls. That’s how it began. Seventeen people gathered in New York City in March 1985. They formed the Christian Community Alliance Church. This wasn’t just another church. It was a Word of Faith Full Gospel Non-Denominational Assembly. A beacon of hope in the bustling city.
The Christian Community Alliance Church CCA wasn’t born in a grand cathedral. Its first service was held on April 7th 1985. It started small. Yet it possessed a powerful vision. A vision to spread the Gospel of Christ. To bring hope salvation peace and eternal life to all.
Pastor Georges Defay led this charge. Called to ministry since his new birth he’d spent decades spreading the Gospel. He’d conducted countless crusades in Haiti the Dominican Republic and the USA. In 1985 he founded the CCA in Brooklyn. It became a missionary and community church. A place of spiritual warfare and healing. A place where God worked mightily through Pastor Defay’s teaching and deliverance.
The CCA’s mission is clear. They believe the divine message of salvation is vital. It’s indispensable to a world in need. Their commitment is to positively influence their community and the world. They aim to change lives by spreading the Gospel. This commitment continues to this day.
Their School of Advanced Biblical Studies and Ministries furthers this goal. It trains new leaders for a church that never stopped growing. The Christian Community Alliance Church started small.
