The late Monsignor Phillipe Le Xuan Thuong nurtured the church from its humble beginnings. He guided the parish from 300 families to over 1,500 families, over 6,000 people. His leadership left an enduring mark on the community. Sadly, he passed away in January 2015. The church mourned his loss.

In April 2015, Cardinal Daniel DiNardo appointed Rev. Thu Ngoc Nguyen as the new pastor of Christ the Incarnate Word Catholic Church. The church welcomed their new spiritual leader. The church continued to thrive under his guidance. As the community grew, so did the need for a dedicated space. The Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Center was completed in 2005. Christ the Incarnate Word Catholic Church offers a variety of programs. There’s a Religious Education program, a Vietnamese Language program for children, and community outreach ministries. The church provides numerous opportunities for prayer, bible study, and other activities. The Life Teen program engages hundreds of teenagers. They gather for Mass every Sunday and participate in monthly JAM (Jesus and Me) sessions. Christ the Incarnate Word Catholic Church embraces both English and Vietnamese languages. It offers Mass in Vietnamese throughout the week and on Sundays. This reflects the rich cultural heritage of the community. The church’s website, www.giaoxungoiloi.org, provides further details about Mass times and other services. It is a testament to their dedication to inclusivity and spiritual growth.
