Why did Christ Church of Rwanda choose Kigali? Well, imagine a city rising from ashes, a testament to resilience. That’s Kigali. And in its heart, stands Christ Church of Rwanda, a beacon of hope and faith. Christ Church of Rwanda isn’t just a building. It’s a living, breathing testament to the power of faith and community. It’s a place where around 380 to 420 people gather each week across two services, united by their shared belief. The church uses the ROC hall, a space large enough to accommodate up to 400 people in a single service. This hall isn’t just for worship. It also serves as a launchpad for spreading the Gospel throughout the region. Christ Church of Rwanda is deeply committed to community development. One of their most impactful projects is the Vulnerable Children’s Ministry. In partnership with ROC, they sponsor secondary education for girls who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity. They also work towards a program called “Spoken For,” which focuses on finding foster homes for orphans. Christ Church of Rwanda recognizes the importance of strong values within the community. They’ve partnered with the Ministry of Local Government (MINELOC) on the Itorero project to promote essential business values, offering a faith-based perspective on ethical leadership and practices. And it doesn’t stop there. Christ Church of Rwanda also has thriving children and youth ministries, nurturing the next generation of leaders and believers.
