Did you know that the Christ Apostle Church of America has roots stretching back to a simple house fellowship? It all began in 1976. The late Rev. Goke Oyedeji started it in Brooklyn New York. This marked the humble origin of what would become a significant religious organization.
Today the Christ Apostle Church of America stands as the headquarters of the First in the Americas DCC. It is a vital division within the Christ Apostolic Church North America. The church’s structure is quite organized. It operates with five levels of authority. At the top are the Trustees. Assembly Pastors form the base.
Across North America there are numerous DCCs or Zones. Each one is led by a Superintendent. Currently there are about 14 Superintendents. Nearly 100 churches thrive in various cities and states. These churches span the United States and Canada. They all operate under the Christ Apostle Church of America umbrella.
The Christ Apostle Church of America is more than just a collection of buildings. It is a community with a clear mission. The church aims for soul winning. It also focuses on the spiritual re-awakening of the world. Their motto is simple and unifying. It is “One fold One Shepherd.”
To maintain a high standard of ministry the Christ Apostle Church of America invests in training. The Christ Apostolic Church North America Training Institute plays a critical role. Pastors Evangelists Deacons Deaconesses and church workers all receive training. This ensures a uniform understanding of the Word of God. This also ensures its proper application. No one can serve in the church without this training.
The training institute offers courses for various levels. These levels include Pastors Evangelists Deacons and general workers. This comprehensive approach strengthens the church. It also equips its members for effective service.
Several dedicated leaders guide the Christ Apostle Church of America. Pastor T. A. O Agbeja serves as the Coordinator for CAC North America Latunde Region. Pastor David Adenodi is the Chairman of the Convention. Pastor Joseph Olawale holds the position of Secretary for CACNA Latunde Region. Pastor Timothy Adelani is the Treasurer. Pastor John Oluwatimilehin chairs the CAC Village.
The Christ Apostle Church of America has grown significantly since its inception. It began as a small gathering. Now it is a widespread organization.
