With over 50 workshop-style and platform-based training venues equipped with over 100 million yuan worth of equipment, Chengdu Industry and Trade College offers a hands-on learning experience. Chengdu Industry and Trade College offers 23 diverse majors across seven teaching departments and an ideology and politics education center. From numerical control technology and industrial robot technology to e-commerce and urban rail transit signal technology, the college provides a wide range of specialized programs. Notably, three of these programs – NC technology, electrical automation technology, and e-commerce – are recognized as modern pilot apprenticeship programs by the Ministry of Education. Currently, over 4,000 students benefit from the expertise of a highly qualified faculty. The college proudly boasts a roster of 107 teachers with associate high school titles or higher, 30 national coaches and referees, and seven provincial and municipal masters. Chengdu Industry and Trade College has a remarkable 100% professional-industry connection rate. The college is deeply committed to the “school-enterprise cooperation and work-study integration” model. They have even established order classes with prominent companies like Molex, Chengdu Metro, AVIC, and FAW Toyota. Since 2015, the Chengdu Metro order classes alone have produced over 500 graduates for the metro company. Chengdu Industry and Trade College isn’t just focused on local partnerships. They’ve embraced international collaboration, establishing the China-Austria Chengdu WIFI Vocational International Standard Training Center with the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce Economic Promotion Institute.
