His vision took shape in 1943, when he, alongside a group of driven entrepreneurs, founded what would become a cornerstone of Mexican higher education. From humble beginnings in a rented mansion, Centro Tecnológico Industrial, like its parent institution, adopted unique practices that set it apart.
