Winnie Kai Nei HON is another Senior Project Manager. Emily Hoi Leng HO is a Project Manager. Wendy Man Wai FONG and Dodo Hou Chi TOU are Senior Project Executives. April Hio Ian CHEANG supports the Public Administration Training Centre.
