Established in 1876 the Centre de Formation Artistique et Littéraire boasts a rich history. Initially known as the Ecole des arts industriels its name evolved reflecting changing times. It became the Ecole des arts décoratifs then the Ecole d’arts appliqués. Finally in 2016 it adopted its current name. This Centre wasn’t just a school.
