Oriani Green Living. That’s the modern name whispering through the scaffolding clinging to Casa Oriani here in Milan. This isn’t the Casa Oriani of the famed writer, mind you. That one rests in the Romagna region. This Casa Oriani, on Via Barnaba Oriani, is writing its own story, a story of transformation. See those four levels reaching for the sky? They’re part of a project, a rebirth orchestrated by architect Conti and the firm Abitare Co. Thirty-eight new apartments are blossoming within these walls. Casa Oriani is becoming a vibrant hub, breathing new life into the neighborhood. The project, overseen by L-Quaranta S.p.a., began in 2022 and is set to finish by 2025. Imagine the bustle soon to fill this space, the coming and going of residents, the stories yet to be written within Casa Oriani’s fresh walls.
