Carmen Copper Corporation, a subsidiary of Atlas Consolidated Mining, stands as a major player in the country’s mining sector. Atlas Mining owns the exclusive operating rights over the mineral resources of the Toledo copper mine. This mine encompasses the Carmen, Lutopan, and Biga mineral deposits spread across 1674 hectares.
Imagine yourself transported back to September 2007. This was when Carmen Copper breathed new life into the Toledo mining operation. This resumption marked a pivotal moment in the region’s economic landscape.
The Atlas Copper Complex resides in Don Andres Soriano, Toledo City, Cebu. It is about 570 km south of Metro Manila. The complex is nestled within a fault block bordered by the North Barot and Cantabaco faults.

In May 2019, Carmen Copper marked its 300th shipment of copper concentrate. Carmen Copper inaugurated the Carmen Copper Heritage Center in 2018. This is the 1st Copper Mining Museum in Southeast Asia.
