Teaching commenced with the winter semester of 1991-1992, marking a new era in education for the region. Campus Fachhochschule Potsdam occupies the grounds of what was once the Adolf-Hitler-Kaserne, a military barracks for the Wehrmacht’s Infantry Regiment 9.
