Twelve hundred employees. That’s a lot of hearts dedicated to care. Right here stands the Bundesweite Intensiv-Pflege-Gesellschaft. This is more than just a building. It’s the beating heart of a nationwide network. A network providing intensive care and home ventilation. A network ensuring that people in need receive the best possible care.

The Bundesweite Intensiv-Pflege-Gesellschaft bipG didn’t spring up overnight. It has roots. Deep roots. Growing from the Pflegedienst Dr Rieke & Team in 2004. That smaller company blossomed into the bipG in 2006. Expanding its reach across Germany. Imagine the dedication. The commitment to care that fueled this growth.

The company’s journey is marked by milestones. A collaboration with Konsensis in 2007 broadened its scope. The change of name and legal form to bipG in 2010 marked a new era. Joining the Deutsche Fachpflege Gruppe in 2012 strengthened its position. The opening of its first shared living facility in Friedberg in 2013 demonstrated its vision. Reaching 1000 employees in 2014 showed its remarkable expansion.

The Bundesweite Intensiv-Pflege-Gesellschaft wasn’t just expanding. It was also achieving recognition. In 2016 the Medical Service of the Health Insurance Fund awarded it a top rating for excellent care quality. A 1.1 out of 5. That’s not just good. That’s exceptional. It reflects the dedication and skill of its employees.

Expansion continued. A second shared living facility opened in Hannover in 2017. Today there are facilities in ten regions. By mid-2017 the bipG employed about 1200 people. They cared for approximately 180 patients. A testament to its continuing success and growth.

The Bundesweite Intensiv-Pflege-Gesellschaft is much more than a business. It’s a mission. A commitment to providing quality intensive care to those who need it most. It’s a story of dedication growth and success. A story built on care compassion and a relentless pursuit of excellence. A story written by the hands and hearts of 1200 dedicated individuals. A story you can see unfolding right here before you.
