Moser, along with the North Queens Home Owners’ Civic Association, which he founded, spent decades shaping the residential character of northern Queens. This park, renamed in his honor, embodies his vision for better community parks. In 2017, a significant renovation breathed new life into this 1.5-acre space. Funded by the City Council and Mayor de Blasio, the $1.87 million project brought updated equipment, a new spray shower, painted games, and vibrant plantings. Bulova Park, now Louis C. Moser Park, located at 77th Street and 25th Avenue, stands as a tribute to Moser’s legacy. It’s a place where the community can gather, play, and connect.
