Costing 129 billion VND to construct, the INSPiRE Library stands as a testament to modern education. This is Building G. It is also known as the INSPiRE Library at Ton Duc Thang University.
Inaugurated on July 15th, this library is not just a repository of books. It is a hub of innovation. It applies synchronized new technological solutions in management and operations. Covering 8,678 square meters, the INSPiRE Library offers a unique learning environment.
The library embodies the Learning Commons model. It features a 24/7 self-study area across its seven floors. Each floor boasts a unique paint color. These colors are from the seven basic hues. They are named after the letters of INSPiRE. Indurance, Nisus, Sagacity, Progress, Initiative, Responsibility, and Excellence. Each floor represents a virtue.
Communication is key here. The INSPiRE Library emphasizes the use of English. Its design accommodates over 2,000 users simultaneously. Various functional areas support different learning styles.
Consider the Learning Commons area. It includes nine presentation practice rooms. There are also eight individual study rooms. Six group study rooms are available. You can also find two video rooms. An online conference room exists here. A creative media zone completes this area.
The information services area offers support. There are information desks to help you. A new book display area showcases recent acquisitions. Computer areas offer quick access to resources. Multifunctional printing stations are available. Self-check stations streamline borrowing.
