They run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Note that these hours exclude University Holidays. Remember that lobby hours are for general inquiries only. They do not constitute legal advice.
If you need specific visa or status advice schedule an appointment. You can schedule with an international F-1 or J-1 counselor.
