Beulah Baptist Church has stood as a beacon since 1938. The Lord transformed BBC into an evangelistic church. It became an empowering church for Jesus Christ. The church is committed to reaching all ethnicities for the Kingdom of God.
Beulah Baptist Church is a visionary church. It seeks to equip enrich and edify believers. The members are excited about their future. They strive to make a generational impact. They also make a geographical impact. All to glorify God.
In 2006 Anthony L. Edwards was granted the privilege. He became the Senior Pastor of Beulah Baptist Church. He married his best friend Mrs. Terrain Edwards in February 1997. They have a daughter Miss Charisma Edwards.
Beulah Baptist Church is known as the 3-L Church. It is a Loving Church because God is love. Beulah is a Learning Church. We’ve been commanded to grow in grace. We must grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Beulah is a Living Church. The members desire to be doers of the Word not just hearers.
BBC is often referred to as a transitioning church. They are constantly on the move for the Lord. Pastor Edwards believes in teaching the Word of God practically. It may be applied personally. Beulah Baptist is committed to seeing lost souls come to know the Lord. This happens through the preaching of the Gospel. They make strong disciples of the Lord. Beulah Baptist is a church for the whole family. They strive to make a difference in the lives of all their members.
The grand opening of the new sanctuary was celebrated on Sunday May 7 2023. It is located at 619 East Anderson Street. Pastor Anthony Lee Edwards family and friends were excited to be home again. They were back in their community. They praised God for this miracle.
Sunday Worship service times are at 8:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Tuesday Bible Study is at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
