Bergen County Technical High School also known as Bergen Tech, is a tuition-free public magnet high school. Bergen Tech serves students from ninth through twelfth grades in Bergen County New Jersey. Established in 2000, Bergen Tech is part of the Bergen County Technical Schools. This is a countywide district. It includes Bergen County Academies in Hackensack, Applied Technology in Paramus, and Bergen Tech in Paramus.
Bergen Tech is nationally recognized. Students engage in a technical major. They also fulfill college preparatory classes. Bergen Tech students have the opportunity to take a wide variety of electives. As of 2023–24, Bergen Tech had 676 students and 66 teachers. The student-teacher ratio was 10.2:1. Bergen Tech’s campus is located at 504 Route 46.
The school is organized into nine majors. These include Aerospace Engineering and Automotive Engineering and Design.
