The Church and Convent of Santo Niño was declared a National Historical Landmark on August 1, 1973. The National Museum declared the Church and Convent of Santo Niño and Magellan’s Cross Pavilion as National Cultural Treasures on April 14, 2021.

The Pilgrim Center was completed in September 1990. This open-air structure can accommodate 3500 people. The Basilica Del Sto. Niño Museum is in the basement of the Pilgrim Center.

The Basilica del Santo Niño Library opened to nonclerical researchers in 2000. Its collection includes religious and non-religious subjects.
