Is there a more powerful testament to faith than a church built on the prayers and vision of a single man? The Anointed Body of Christ Ministries, formerly known as The African Baptist Church of North Dallas, stands before us as a vibrant symbol of that faith. It all began in 1987 with Reverend Dr. Ben Nworie. He saw a need, a yearning for a spiritual home within the African community in Dallas. From humble beginnings as a Bible study group in his own home, the Anointed Body of Christ Ministries blossomed. Today, it embraces over nine different African countries and the United States. This church is a melting pot of cultures, united under the banner of Christ. The Anointed Body of Christ Ministries is more than just a church, it’s a testament to the power of unity and faith.
