In June 2012, the Angry Birds Adventure Atop Mount Faber was launched. For a limited time, you could ride in Angry Birds themed cable cars. These weren’t just ordinary cable cars. They were decked out with Angry Birds characters. Some were even fully wrapped, showing the birds chasing the Evil Green Pig.
Imagine stepping into a cabin filled with the sounds of Angry Birds chirping and pigs snorting. Plush toys of the Angry Birds were there too. You could even grab an Angry Birds face mask to complete the experience. It was a full sensory overload for Angry Birds fans.
Kids especially loved the live game stations at Mount Faber. There were creative workshops where they could paint eggs and make Angry Birds masks. A real highlight was the life-sized Angry Birds game. It was just like playing the game on your phone, but in real life.
The Angry Birds Adventure included special treats as well. You could get Angry Birds cupcakes and drinks. Each cable car ride came with a mocktail in a collectible Angry Birds cup. It was the perfect souvenir.
One lucky kid even got a red Angry Bird keyring. He pretended to catapult it everywhere. It brought the game to life in a fun way.
