However, even in the midst of unspeakable cruelty, the spirit of faith and community remained strong and the church persevered, becoming a symbol of hope and renewal. Today, the church has over 900,000 members and is a testament to God’s grace. It’s also a hub for the community, with many programs aimed at supporting local families and individuals – a place of healing and growth for all.
