They occupy a fully renovated space on the 10th floor, spanning over 9,000 square feet. The move wasn’t just about a change of scenery. It was about becoming part of Newark’s revitalization. The Dodge Foundation partnered with local architects, designers, and vendors to bring their new space to life. 550 Broad Street itself is a testament to Newark’s revitalization. Fidelco Realty Group owns and operates the nearly 300,000-square-foot office property. They’ve meticulously redesigned the historic building.
