15 Beekman strategically integrates with One Pace Plaza. It enhances student life and learning. Imagine students bustling through its doors. They are ready to explore modern classrooms and innovative spaces.

But this location wasn’t always guaranteed. A historical 1893 office building once stood here. Designed by McKim, Mead & White, it faced demolition. Preservationists fought to save this early skyscraper. Despite their efforts, Pace University moved forward. They saw 15 Beekman as vital to their future in Lower Manhattan.

These windows offer stunning views of New York City. The library provides ample space for study. It also provides space for collaboration.

The building also includes a brand-new residence hall. It features suite-style housing to accommodate many students. Suites include combinations of single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms. Most students get assigned to double rooms. Each student gets a bed, dresser, and wardrobe. Suites also have a shared living room. Private bathrooms are included. Each suite also has a microwave and refrigerator.

15 Beekman boasts a large amenities floor. It offers a custom kitchen, dining, and social spaces. An outdoor terrace allows students to unwind. Residents also enjoy access to fitness centers with views of City Hall Park.

Dining at 15 Beekman is an experience in itself. The dining facility is spacious. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing natural light. It is a great place to connect with friends and classmates. The main lobby features a Pace-exclusive Starbucks. It offers seating and a to-go market. A grand staircase connects the lobby to the second-floor dining.

The Seidenberg School of Computer Science occupies three floors. This shows Pace’s commitment to technology. It is a hub for innovation and learning. 15 Beekman represents Pace University’s investment in the 21st century.

15 Beekman is a vibrant hub. It is a place where students live, learn, and connect. This building enhances the campus. It is a cornerstone of Pace University’s future.
