Brennan Beer Gorman Architects designed 101 Hudson Street. It stands as the seventh-tallest building in Jersey City. It is also the sixth-tallest in New Jersey. The Birch Group acquired this Class A office tower in late 2022.
Inside 101 Hudson Street you find 1.25 million square feet of office space. It is located on a major mass-transit hub. This provides easy access for tenants and visitors.
