There are two trails back to Gupabal Subway. The first is to retrace your steps. This route is shorter. The second trail continues toward Baegundae Peak. This longer route passes a temple. It offers more views of the mountain.
The entrance to Bukhansan National Park is free. The government maintains the trails. They also maintain facilities within the park.
