Seocho District has an extensive public library system. It has 21 public libraries. There are also numerous schools. The district is part of the Gangnam School District 8. This district is known for its high-quality education.
Tourists find plenty to enjoy in Seocho District. The area is called the “City of Corporation and IT”. It is filled with restaurants, hotels, and cafes. The Seoul Arts Center is a major attraction.
The Seoul Arts Center has five main buildings. These include the Opera House and the Music Hall. The Hangaram Art Museum is another feature. The center attracts nearly 3 million visitors each year.
