A typical service has 64 input channels. These include drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, piano, orchestra, choir, soloist, and the pastor. Signals travel from SSL stageboxes through a MADI Concentrator. They then reach Front of House via a redundant optical pair.
Ilsan Bethel Church chose an SSL L500 Plus console. They were moving from an older analogue console. They sought a new digital replacement. Sound quality was the deciding factor. Remote control is also key. Staff can adjust monitor balance on stage using a remote tablet application.
