This gave him the capital to pursue his own ambitious dreams. In 2004, he returned to his roots. He founded Central Holding Group, a company that has flourished in diverse sectors like real estate, hotels, logistics, and tourism. Yu Zhuyun’s success is not just measured in financial terms. He has also invested heavily in his community, donating around 48 million yuan to various causes. He has consistently supported the elderly in his hometown. His most ambitious project is a 5 billion yuan healthcare and nursing complex. This massive development spans over seven square kilometers. It aims to integrate agriculture, healthcare, tourism, and culture, creating a vibrant hub that benefits the entire region. The Yuzhuyun Scenic Area is more than just a beautiful place.
