Opened on September 16 1980 the Settsu City Cultural Hall also known as Kusunoki Hall has been a cornerstone of local life. Its address is 32-16 Kozono Settsu City Osaka. This hall is a place for arts culture and community gatherings.

Getting here is easy. You can take the Hankyu Kyoto Line to Settsu-shi Station. From there walk south along the Seseragi Green Road for about five minutes. Alternatively take the JR Tokaido Line to Senrioka Station. Walk south along the Senrioka-Mishima Route for about ten minutes. You can also catch a bus to the “Citizens’ Cultural Hall” bus stop. The Osaka Monorail also stops at Settsu Station. From there walk north along the Daisho River for about ten minutes.
