Inside, ten circular walls shape a flowing space. The walls divide the space into three levels. Circular skylights guide visitors. The ceiling remains level. Glass boundaries incorporate the outdoor landscape.

Indoor and outdoor spaces merge. Three outdoor piazzas evoke Italy. There is an entrance fountain piazza and an Italian piazza. There is also an outdoor theater. The Piazza Italia features Roman arch ruins.

Inside are a meeting hall and a showroom. There is also a multi-functional hall. These surround the central exhibition hall. Wall openings control light. Water features and sculptures decorate the meeting room. Greenery and mountains surround the outdoor walls.

Visitors cross to the Italian piazza. A curved staircase leads to the roof garden. Circular gardens showcase vegetation and stone. The Chinese Cultural Hall is reached via a cultural corridor. A white jade pavement crosses a water pond. These paths symbolize the Silk Roads.
