The bistro’s design incorporates three waves. These represent the flow of time. The first wave is outdoors. It’s a metal partition. It uses stainless steel plates. The mirror effect creates movement. The wind seems to animate the wave.
Inside the second wave is more prominent. It stretches across the ceiling. It continues the outdoor wave’s design. The stainless steel mirrors play with light. LED lights add color at night.
