“Glowing Staircase” is not something you’d expect to find in an office building. Yet here at u516bu53f7u697c, it’s the heart of the space.

The core of their design was redefining the building’s vertical traffic. The client needed a reception area. The original L-shaped staircase was not sufficient. Therefore, the architects installed a straight-run staircase. This became a focal point.
The new staircase sits between two U-glass walls. Above it, a skylight stretches over six meters. During the day, sunlight floods the space. This creates a “Glowing Staircase” effect. Light reflects off the translucent glass. It fills the office with warmth.
The skylight’s construction is ingenious. It spans three roof trusses. Strut channels were welded into new partitions. Steel angles inside the original trusses add support. This design also protects the roof from deformation.
The “Glowing Staircase” is central to the building’s layout. It is surrounded by a looping traffic flow. The architects carefully separated private and public areas.
On the first floor’s west side are more private spaces. These include the general manager’s office and a conference room. A living area is also located here. The east side is open for collaborative work. Meetings and social events can take place here. The upper floor’s south side houses administration offices. The remaining area is an open workspace. An extended space on the building’s east side offers flexibility. It can be used for rest or group discussions.

Windows play a key role in the design. Architects improved lighting and ventilation. They added new windows and enlarged existing ones. A unique multi-purpose window was created. Some design elements were not fully realized. Timber battens were intended for interior decoration. The plan was to recycle old wood. The client ultimately chose new battens due to time constraints. A green wall at the reception area was also cut. The property management also denied a rainbow skylight at the entrance atrium.
