Established in 1939 as the Department of Pharmacy within Kyoto University’s Faculty of Medicine the Faculty and Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences stands before you. Today the Faculty boasts twenty-one departments eight collaborative departments. There are also two endowed chairs and four affiliated institutions.
