The park is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. In July and August, it stays open until 7 PM.
Adjacent to Air Front Oasis Shimogawara is Shimogawara Ryokuchi. This park features observation decks. From here, planes and helicopters are easily visible. In 2020, a new playground with an airplane theme was added. Health equipment is available, too.
Shimogawara Ryokuchi’s theme is time. The park’s design reflects the changing seasons. It also captures the passage of a single day. Shimogawara Ryokuchi covers 1.6 hectares.
A parking lot with nine spaces is available. One space is for disabled visitors. The park includes a universally accessible restroom.
To get here by bus, take the Itami City Bus. Get off at the Shimogawara stop. Walk south for about 10 minutes.
