Amidst the towering skyscrapers of Osaka, Inogate Osaka stands as a testament to innovation. This architectural marvel, directly connected to Osaka Station’s western exit, opened its doors on July 31, 2024. Inogate Osaka isn’t just a building. It’s a vibrant hub, a gateway to new experiences. The name itself, a fusion of “Innovate” and “gate,” encapsulates its mission. It aims to be a catalyst for new businesses and a welcoming entry point for ambitious minds.

Inogate Osaka boasts an impressive structure. It stretches 23 stories above ground and one below, topped with a rooftop level. The building houses a variety of establishments. These include offices, restaurants, and shops, all contributing to a dynamic atmosphere. For food enthusiasts, levels two through five offer “Baluchika 03,” a food zone featuring 50 unique restaurants. This is the third location following another underground location at Lucua Osaka, and the “03” refers to the building’s location in Umeda 3-chome.

But Inogate Osaka isn’t just about business and dining. It’s also a space where art and culture converge. The sixth floor houses a branch of “TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE,” marking their first foray into an office building environment. This bookstore combines the traditional charm of books with modern elements like lounges, cafes, and a curated selection of stationery and food. Adding to the artistic ambiance is a massive 7-meter wide digital signage screen. It’s strategically placed at the end of a see-through display, creating a mesmerizing visual experience.

The upper floors of Inogate Osaka, from levels 12 to 22, are dedicated to office spaces. These spaces cater to diverse working styles, from traditional offices to flexible co-working environments. Compass Offices JWB manages the flexible office spaces on levels nine and ten. TC Forum, a subsidiary of Tokyu Community, operates the conference rooms on the eleventh floor under the name “Meeting Spaces AP Inogate Osaka.” These spaces opened on October 1, 2024, providing state-of-the-art facilities for businesses.

Inogate Osaka’s design prioritizes safety and accessibility. It’s equipped with advanced seismic resistance structures, ensuring stability during earthquakes. Its direct link to Osaka Station and proximity to various other public transport hubs makes it easily accessible from anywhere in the city. Even more, the building incorporates sustainable features like a district heating and cooling system. This and a natural ventilation option minimize its environmental impact. Inogate Osaka stands as more than a building. It represents Osaka’s commitment to progress, innovation, and creating a vibrant urban environment.
