\u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0443\u0434 is nestled amid residential buildings. These buildings form a quadrangle. This quadrangle is outlined by the streets of Bogdanova. Other streets include Shchorsa. Also Aviamotorov and Solntsevsky prospect.

Centuries ago this area looked different. In the second half of the 19th century, this locality was called Simagin. Later, it was named \u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u041f\u0440\u0443\u0434.

It sits in the floodplain. It was once the left tributary of the Setunka River. Today the \u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0443\u0434 is marked on a 1952 map of Moscow. The pond covers an area of 0.85 hectares. It stretches 140 meters in length. Its width reaches up to 70 meters. \u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0443\u0434 largely mirrors a rectangle. It often faces siltation. The pond is sustained by an earthen dam. A seamless road surrounds it.

Adding to its charm, \u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0443\u0434 is home to various aquatic species. However, the surroundings of \u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0443\u0434 were improved in 2019.

As part of Moscow’s program, a comfortable urban environment was created. The bottom of the pond was cleaned. The shores were reinforced. In 2019, 400 fish were released into it. Fish species included carp. Other species include silver carp. Also, white amur and pike. The park area around \u041c\u0430\u043b\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0443\u0434 was divided into three parts. These parts included a pedestrian zone. Also, there was a quiet recreation area near the water. There was also a sports and play cluster. Landscaping efforts involved planting apple trees.

Previously, a club named Stroitel stood here. This club offered 250 seats. It was dedicated to cultural and leisure activities. Opened in 1953, the club provided a stage. Also, there was a cinema. It had a library. Concerts and discos were held there. The club existed until 1996. The building now houses a church.
