The Mongolian & Tibetan Cultural Center originally belonged to the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission. In 2017, the commission was dissolved. The Mongolian & Tibetan Cultural Center then took on the responsibility of promoting Mongolian and Tibetan culture.
