Community Transformation Church believes in several core principles. The Scriptures are inspired by God. They reveal His plan for mankind. There is only one true God. He is revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God’s son. He was both human and divine.
Man willingly fell into sin. This brought evil and death into the world. Every person can restore fellowship with God. They can do this through salvation. Accept Christ’s forgiveness for sin.
The church practices two ordinances. These are water baptism by immersion and Holy Communion. Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a special experience. It follows salvation. It empowers believers for service. This is like in New Testament times.
Speaking in tongues is evidence of the Holy Spirit. This happened on the Day of Pentecost. It is referenced throughout Acts. Sanctification occurs at salvation. A person is made holy through the blood of Christ. Separating from evil is a lifelong process.
The church’s mission is to seek and save the lost. The Church is the Body of Christ. It consists of people who accept God’s redemption. This is through Jesus’ death.
Leadership serves the church. Each person under leadership must reach others. They should worship with believers. They should build up the body of believers.
Divine healing is a privilege for Christians today. Healing is provided in Christ’s atonement. Jesus will return soon. Believers who have died will rise. They will meet the Lord in the air. Christians who are alive will be caught up with them. They will be with the Lord forever.
Christ will reign for a thousand years. This will bring salvation to Israel. It will establish universal peace. A final judgment will take place. Those who rejected Christ will be judged. They will face eternal punishment.
There will be a new heaven and a new earth. Christ has prepared this place. All who have accepted Him will live there. They will dwell with Him forever. “And so shall we forever be with the Lord!”
Community Transformation Church also runs an academy. The academy educates, empowers, and equips students. Students reach their God-given potential. The approach includes a hands-on experience. Former and current students praise the program. Great minds in education partner with the school. They help fulfill the school’s purpose. Community Transformation Church is more than just a name. It is a living, breathing testament to faith in action.
