Pastor Donavan Ng planted the Wing Kwong Pentecostal Holiness Church. He started with just 28 members in 1978. By 2023, the church had grown to 6,000 members. It became the largest IPHC congregation outside the United States. The IPHC now has 15 congregations across Hong Kong.

Leadership transitions have shaped the church’s journey. Rev. Donavan Ng served as Field Superintendent for 25 years. In 2022, he passed the role to Rev. Eddy Kwok. Rev. Doris Leung became the Pastor-in-charge of Wing Kwong Church in 2022. She succeeded Dr. Joanne Wong.

Rev. Doris Leung brought a unique perspective. Before ministry, she worked in banking. She sought to build up the lives of God’s disciples. Rev. Leung aimed to lead Wing Kwong Church to fulfill God’s will. She built upon the foundation laid by her predecessors.
