The Hellenic Motor Museum opened its doors in March 2011. It is owned by the Theodore Charagionis Foundation. Theodore N. Charagionis’ passion for cars began in his childhood. This passion transformed into a remarkable collection. The museum is located in central Athens near the National Archaeological Museum. It occupies the top three floors of the Athenian Capitol shopping mall.

Inside the Hellenic Motor Museum, about 110 cars are periodically displayed. The entire collection consists of 300 cars. The collection includes Antique, Veteran, Vintage, Post Vintage, Classic, Post Classic, Modern, and Contemporary cars.

Let’s delve into what these categories mean within the Hellenic Motor Museum. Antique cars are those made up to 1904. Veteran cars were manufactured from 1905 to 1919.
