Maevadi Navapan is a founder of Siew-National Co. Ltd. She also founded the Siew-Matsushita Foundation. She is the Chairman and CEO of City Sports & Recreation Public Co. Ltd. In addition she chairs Panasonic Thailand Co. Ltd.

Navapan’s past roles show her dedication. She was an Executive Director at the Federation of Thai Industries. Navapan also served as a Director at The Thai Chamber of Commerce. Her directorships include the Sukumo Foundation and the John F Kennedy Foundation. She was a Council Member at Kasetsart University and a Member of the National Legislative Assembly. Navapan presided over the Women Lawyers Association of Thailand. She also served on the Law Reform Commission of Thailand. Navapan was President at the Thailand Amateur Ladies Golf Association.

Harris Manchester College has a rich history. Founded in 1757, it moved to Oxford in 1893. The college became a full part of the University of Oxford in 1996. Harris Manchester College is known for accepting students over 21. It maintains a liberal and pioneering spirit.

The college played a key role in planning the D-Day landings during World War II. The Sukum Navapan Gate and Siew-Sngiem Clock Tower were added to the Arlosh Quad in 2013-2014. Maevadi Hall was completed in 2018.
