The Osaka University Nakanoshima Center stands proudly in Nakanoshima. This area marks the birthplace of Osaka University itself. It reopened in April 2023 after renovations. These improvements commemorate Osaka University’s 90th anniversary. They also honor the Osaka University of Foreign Studies’ 100th anniversary.

IMAI Shukuo’s Time Stones 400 prototype graces the lobby. This public art piece sparks contemplation. It encourages reflection on art’s role in society.
